What NovoCare Pharmacy offers

A self-pay, direct-to-patient pharmacy offer for Wegovy and Ozempic, per fill, with no membership. The pharmacy is fully identified: CoAssist Pharmacy d/b/a NovoCare Pharmacy (2400 Sand Lake Road, Suite 200B, Orlando, FL 32809; NPI 1710671854; NCPDP 5758074) handles intake, with CenterWell Pharmacy handling accounts, payment, fulfilment and shipping and AssistRx providing patient support. Novo Nordisk does not provide telehealth; a find-a-doctor page lists independent options (9amHealth, eMed, FormHealth, KnownWell, LifeMD, Ro, Sesame, WeightWatchers) with a statement that Novo does not endorse or compensate them.

Medications: brand or compounded

Brand Wegovy (pen and pill) and Ozempic (pen and pill) only. FDA approved. Nothing compounded.

Price as published (2026-09-04)

Wegovy pen: $199 a month for the 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg doses for new patients, two monthly fills through December 31, 2026, then $349 a month for 0.25 to 2.4 mg and $399 a month for the 7.2 mg dose. Wegovy pill: 1.5 mg $149; 4 mg $199 (a limited-time $149 tablet offer is shown as expiring August 31, 2026); 9 mg and 25 mg $299 a month. Ozempic pen: $199 a month for 0.25 and 0.5 mg (two fills through December 31, 2026), then $349 a month for 0.25 to 1 mg and $499 a month for 2 mg. Ozempic pill: $149 to $299 a month by dose. One month is one box of four pens or 30 tablets. Free home delivery. A 90-day supply is available on request. Cannot be combined with other offers or reimbursed by insurance. Prescriber visits and labs are outside the program and not priced.

Prescriber model

You obtain a prescription from any licensed provider. Novo lists independent telehealth options without stating their fees or visit models. The prescriber model you get is the partner's, and the prescriber licence guide applies to that partner.

Pharmacy sourcing statements

CoAssist Pharmacy is described as licensed in all 50 states and US territories, with NPI and NCPDP numbers published. No LegitScript or NABP badge was found, but the identifiers make a state board lookup straightforward.

Refund terms as published

No refund, return or cancellation policy was found on any pharmacy page read; the pharmacy FAQ URL returned an error to our tools. The offer pages say Novo reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time. A phone number for damaged shipments is given (1-800-967-9917). Ask the pharmacy for its policy before ordering.

Support and privacy

Phone 1-888-809-3942, Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm Eastern; a prescriber line Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Eastern; CoAssist offers a phone line and live chat through the AssistRx site. No response times stated. The Novo Nordisk Inc. privacy notice (January 2025) governs the pages: no HIPAA statement, permission to share with affiliates, vendors and third parties, and a "Your Privacy Choices" opt-out. A pharmacy-specific notice of privacy practices was not found.
