What Henry Meds offers

A GLP-1 Weight Management Program plus phentermine and non-injectable programs, sold as monthly subscriptions with 6- and 12-month prepay options. A free eligibility evaluation of up to 15 minutes precedes enrolment. Henry Meds (Adonis Health, Inc.) states that it is not a medical provider and that clinical care is delivered by an independent contracted medical group (terms, FAQ).

Medications: brand or compounded

Compounded only on the pages we read: semaglutide as a weekly injection, a daily oral tablet or drops, and a microdose injection or oral; tirzepatide (an oral dissolving tablet on the treatments page, a daily injection on the landing page); liraglutide; and phentermine. No brand GLP-1 was found. The treatment pages state that compounded medications do not undergo FDA pre-market review or approval and may differ from approved drugs; the terms say the same. Compounded drugs are not interchangeable with the brand products.

Price as published (2026-09-04)

Three pages carry three different price tables. Landing page: semaglutide injectable $197 a month, semaglutide oral $164, microdose injection $149, microdose oral $99 (3-month prepay), tirzepatide $234, liraglutide $119, phentermine $149, with some prices requiring a 12-month prepay and a $150 new-patient discount. Treatment pages: "starts at $179 a month". Programs legal page: liraglutide $179 a month or $1,074 to $2,148 upfront; semaglutide injections $297 a month or $1,782 to $3,564 upfront; sublingual semaglutide $179 a month; oral tirzepatide or semaglutide $747 to $1,047 per 3-month supply. The home page and FAQ say the price includes provider visits, medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing care. The terms add a $30 non-refundable consultation fee for each evaluation that results in a prescription. Lab work may be necessary for the microdose program; no lab price was found.

Prescriber model

A video call, or in some states an independent provider review without video (FAQ, how it works). The consent lists real-time video or audio, interactive audio, and store-and-forward asynchronous care, and lists providers as MD, NP or PA. You must live in a supported state; no state list is published. California is flagged for longer fulfilment because of the state's compound testing requirement, and compounded sustained-release phentermine is not available there. The medical group is not named.

Pharmacy sourcing statements

Pharmacies are not named. Medication is described as compounded by licensed compounding pharmacies in the United States, in a 503A pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility. No third-party testing, batch testing or certificate of analysis statement was found, other than the reference to California's additional testing requirement.

Refund terms as published

A dedicated returns, refunds and replacements policy. Cancel any time through the account portal, by email or by phone; the terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the end of the term and give no refunds for partly used periods. Medication is final sale once shipped. The $30 consultation fee is non-refundable once a prescription is issued. Multi-month plans may require payment of the remaining balance unless a provider documents a medical reason; a pro-rated refund on medical discontinuation requires provider documentation. Damage or temperature problems must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with one replacement per 90 days. Whether the evaluation fee is refunded when no prescription results is not stated explicitly.

Support and privacy

Phone (909-787-2342), email, a help form and portal messaging. Hours: Monday to Friday 5 am to 5 pm Pacific, Saturday 5 am to 1 pm Pacific. No response time stated. Fulfilment is described as 8 to 10 business days. The privacy policy (updated August 26, 2026) references HIPAA and a separate notice of privacy practices, says data is shared with marketing, advertising and analytics partners and that pixel tags are used, and says mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing. The notice of privacy practices (updated May 6, 2026) requires written authorisation for marketing use or sale of PHI. No LegitScript, NABP or licence numbers were found; the consent page lists complaint routes for state medical boards in nine states.

Regulatory record, primary documents only

We found no FDA warning letter or FDA press release naming Henry Meds or Adonis Health, Inc. on 2026-09-04; the FDA's March 3, 2026 press release names no recipients. A federal civil case, Eli Lilly and Company v. Adonis Health, Inc., No. 4:25-cv-03536 (N.D. Cal.), was filed on April 23, 2025 according to public docket listings; the docket pages themselves could not be retrieved by our tools and the complaint's contents are not summarised here. A civil filing is an allegation by a private party, not a regulatory finding. Nothing in this section moves a score.

1. Which price table is current: the landing page, the treatment page or the programs legal page? What will I pay in month one and month four at my dose, including the $30 fee?
2. Which pharmacy will make my medication, is it a 503A pharmacy or a 503B facility, and where is it licensed?
3. What testing is done on each lot, by which laboratory, and will you send me the certificate of analysis for my lot?
4. Which states do you serve? Which medical group employs the prescribers in mine?
5. If I prepay 12 months and my provider stops the medication in month three, exactly what is refunded?
6. If the evaluation does not result in a prescription, is anything charged?
